Foie Gras de Canard Entier

 

Produced at farm "DUCKS ARIANE" Gascony, France. All ducks at the farm are free range, no antibiotics or vaccine. They are stuffed with whole corn in collective cages.

Foie gras entier (whole foie gras), made of one or two whole liver lobes from one duck.

Ingredients: Foie Gras de canard, salt, pepper. No artificial additions or preservatives added.
