Galantine de Foie de Canard

 

Produced at farm "DUCKS ARIANE" Gascony, France. All ducks at the farm are free range, no antibiotics or vaccine. They are stuffed with whole corn in collective cages.

Duck meat and foie gras galantine.

Ingredients: duck breasts, foie gras 50%, eggs, salt, pepper. No artificial additions or preservatives added.
