Le Moulin de Pauline

Oil Mill Pauline is Ghjermana variety with a (very good health) very low acidity. This is a golden green reflections oil, with a nose of fresh almonds artichoke.

We discover a beautiful creamy with a little peppery aftertaste. It is ideal to accommodate salads, grilled fish.
It also marries well with the cheese, goat cheese, vegetables on toasted with salt, tartare or carpaccio, fish steamed in foil or a basil sorbet ... or just a slice of bread rose in the oven or rubbed with garlic or tomato.

Domaine de Marquiliani Ghjermana

Within this large variety and the harvesting methods, Corsica olive oil presents an exceptional aromatic range. Corsica olive oil is distinct by its softness in the mouth. This is an olive oil with different aromas: fresh grass, cooked vegetables, dried fruits (mainly hazelnut), mint or even myrtle, cistus (maquis smells) and pastries.
Taste: The first impression is both creamy and very intense.
